About

Hi,My name is Tracy. When I was 10 years old, my neighbor across the street died in her home at the marvelous age of 95, surrounded by her family. I knew it was a beautiful moment, and I was honored to be invited to catch a glimpse. I was, after all, her 'official rose garden water-er'. This experience planted the seed of wanting to support those at the end of their life.I started providing for spiritual needs and compassionate support in 2009. It has been through this work that I developed a deep heart for those facing end-of-life decisions, caring for those with death anxiety and honoring a life lived, whether it was too short, or lived long and well.Throughout my career, I have guided families (including our furry loved ones) through the end-of-life process, facilitating conversations around death anxiety and supported them as they transitioned. I have worked closely with religious groups, honoring specific traditions that were meaningful to my clients. I have also worked alongside many Hospice organizations and have participated with a number of Palliative Care Teams.
